Wellingborough is a small town in the UK, located closely to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Leicestershire. The area is currently saturated with domestic housing markets following a recent surge of people moving from European countries. The town has come under close scrutiny in recent times due to the sheer amount of new people moving into the area.

Local services such as shopping centres, local councils, shops and more have now come under significant pressure based on this increased amount of people living in the area.
